Do you need to spend some time with yourself?

In my series of Up-lifting Life Resources, I have interviewed today Zofia DiStefano, educator from PRH Australia, a school for adult education in personal development. www.prhaustralia.com

Everybody encounters one day or another some bumps in their lives, be it relational, professional, physical or emotional… And the best asset we can have to face these bumps is to know ourselves well and what are our resources. This is why I believe spending some time regularly with ourselves to do some personal development is a promise of resilience and eventually happiness.

Often we wait to be in the heart of the tough time to seek this learning but wouldn’t it be helpful to get to know right now about how to make the perfect decisions, improve our relationships, find true meaning in our life, become our body’s best friend, be confident and authentic, create life balance etc.?

I have been training myself with the international school of adult education in personal development PRH for many years and it has helped me feel happier and happier because I have grown in authenticity, confidence, self-esteem, resilience, freedom, direction. Throughout the years, I have improved my relationships to myself, my body and others. The benefits from taking some workshops, joining growth groups and having counselling through PRH have been life-changing for me. So, of course, I had to present you PRH Australia and invite Zofia to tell us about those wonderful workshops and groups she facilitates!

Here is how Zofia defines her services:

"I offer my clients a gentle, safe and nurturing environment where they can connect with their positive inner resources in order to grow and to become grounded so as to tackle the challenges of everyday life.

I offer workshops and one to one sessions on decision-making, relationships, meaning in life etc. I offer them tools that they can use to empower them in running their lives."

I hope you enjoy meeting with Zofia!
